1965 Plymouth Fury Exhaust

I know this is an unusual one, but I need a new exhaust system for my 1965 Fury. It has a 318 Poly, and a manual tranny (3 speed). I looked at TTI, but they didn't have head pipes for my manifolds in their list of dual exhaust kits.
I could deal with single exhaust, but I would really like dual. Also, I want to keep the stock look under the hood, and keep the manifolds.
I figured I could get a TTI header back system, and then make some pipes from my manifolds down to the H-pipe.
But if someone sells head pipes for my manifolds, i would love to hear who they are. Or just a complete kit from a different company would be cool too. (actually better)
Manifold casting numbers:
2268189 (Driver side)
2465877 (Passenger side)
